SCOPE OF POSITION

Salary Range: $63,000.00 to $67,000.00 annually

The Marketing Representative is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced
atmosphere executing and managing multiple marketing elements including but
not limited to digital campaigns, web, social media, email, print, and outdoor
signage.

Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    Develop and manage airport marketing programs that support parking
    promotion and incremental sales/revenue for SAT.
  • Work directly with the SAT team to develop programs that support operational
    objectives and business commitments.
  • Establish program objectives, integration of messaging, and identification of
    appropriate vehicles and channels for marketing campaigns.
  • Work with the SAT team to identify competitive challenges and untapped
    opportunities and develop marketing programs that effectively exploit them to
    drive traffic and revenue to on-airport parking.
  • Work in collaboration with our team members who support our internal online
    reservation platform to develop content for prepaid parking reservations.
  • Work in collaboration with corporate marketing support staff on the
    implementation of centrally managed marketing programs including website
    and mobile promotions, paid search campaigns, geofencing display
    advertising, email marketing, social media and partnership marketing.
  • Coordinate with corporate marketing support staff the management of airport
    marketing campaigns requiring third party advertising, marketing agencies
    and vendors.
  • Ensure that all program executions conform to SP+ and SAT corporate brand
    guidelines.
  • Prepare and present marketing results to measure performance from local
    marketing efforts.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via review platforms, web,
    email, and social media.


Marketing Initiatives Development

  • Work with the airport operations team to develop online sales capabilities and
    strategies that capture ecommerce market segment
  • Consistently review existing website content supporting airport parking and
    identify additions and modifications to improve organic search performance through search engine optimizations (SEO), including site content, parking rates, maps, calculator and more
  • Monitor and analyze paid search campaigns in support of airport-specific initiatives and objectives
  • Develop and implement messaging strategies and implementation plans for social media channels
  • Work in collaboration with Corporate Marketing to accurately track and analyze programs to maximized performance, and contribution to business objectives
  • Assist airport team leaders with presentation development for client meetings

Education&Training

  • Act as the local subject matter expert with airport operation teams for all online and offline marketing initiatives
  • Monitor the marketing initiatives implemented within SAT to ensure that best practices are being observed
  • Stay abreast of the latest innovations in online and offline marketing capabilities and their applicability to SAT revenue generation

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of work experience in interactive marketing
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Confident presentation skills
  • Proven ability to self-manage
  • Proficient to advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Marketing program management experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of marketing program analytics software including Google
    Analytics and Google Adwords
