Impact you will make

The invoicing analyst is responsible for seamless billing to our clients, auditing and processing credit requests, and analytical invoice reconciliation. This role is responsible for accurately capturing the business' monthly revenue. In addition, internal and external requests will require researching billing discrepancies. The billing analyst works closely with various departments, such as finance, customer operations, and sales.

What you will do

• Manage monthly invoice close
• Process custom invoice requirements and identify opportunities for automation improvements
• Lead credit request audits with strong attention to detail and adherence to compliance requirements
• Research invoice discrepancies utilizing problem solving skills
• Assist internal and external inquiries with a commitment to earning trust and driving an excellent customer experience
• Create and deliver custom invoice formats
• Run queries on SQL databases for data pulls
• Set up billing rates and invoice requirements for onboarding clients

What you will bring

• 1+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team

• SQL capabilities
• Netsuite experience
