Job Description

Dewberry is currently seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our Denver, CO office. The Administrative Coordinator will support the Business Unit, Project Managers and overall office with a variety of administrative functions in a customer-focused and integrated professional services environment.

Responsibilities

    Support Department Manager, Project Managers and other professional and technical staff.

  • Create, edit and maintain; forms, templates, reports, graphs, specifications, and correspondence in Microsoft office programs (Word, Excel).

  • File and archive both electronic and hard copy project-related documents.

  • Arrange travel and assist in expense reporting to ensure projects and overhead are charged correctly.
  • Coordinate onsite and offsite meetings and events.

  • Serve as Event Coordinator for team events, holiday parties, potlucks etc.
  • Support onboarding of new staff including office set-up, programming access cards and new hire paperwork.

  • Recommend administrative process improvements and work with Leadership to execute new procedures.
Required Skills & Required Experience
  • A minimum of 6 years of relevant administrative management experience.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access

  • Ability to become proficient in company based computer software programs and processes.

Must have a valid driver's license, good driving record and ability to pass a driving record background check.

The projected range for this position is $55,000-$75,000 annually. Depending upon other factors, i.e., skills, experience, location, market conditions, the range may vary slightly.
