Forklift Operator, Picking -Twilight Shift (1:30am -10:00am)

You'll join the team in Process/Production, setting up and operating fabrication processes and equipment, fabricating, assembling, testing assemblies and products in this fast-paced environment.

Job Duties include:

• Operating forklift including turret and order picker.
• Picking bulk orders for the same day shipments using RF Scan gun.
• Verifying orders are accurate before staging for shipment.
• Meeting daily production and quality goals.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area.
• Adhering to all company policies and standard operating procedures
• Cross- training in other areas as needed.
• Determines and develops approaches to administer distribution/ logistics processes, procedures, and services.
• Responsible for logistics assignments that require the use of planning and judgment.
• Ensure packages are processed timely and accurately.
• Quality check on all items before they are packaged.
• Put away released finished good products, transfers from other warehouse locations as necessary.
• Maintain areas to keep them clean and safe.
• Manages finished goods inventory system at a high level of accuracy, using warehouse management software manages the location of inventory to ensure proper stock rotation, smooth order picking, and staging activities.
• Transfers material from storage or work sites to designated areas both physically and systematically, following proper procedures for inventory control and product preservation.
• Consistently perform cycle count, pick pack, and ship accuracy at the -meets expectations- performance level.
