As a Senior Manager of Architecture, you will be a technology innovator and join our team with the ability to develop an in-depth understanding of the end-to-end processing flows of CG investment Systems, to effectively assess and identify impacts of business/system changes to CG's front-office processing flows and systems. This includes front-office business capabilities that impact both front-office and back-office business processes and systems.
Strong ability to work with business partners to understand and assess their business requirements, concerns, and priorities, while assessing impact/changes to the CG Investment Systems environment and specifically front-office applications. This process involves challenging business demands and using influence skills to steer and ensure that IT application and business teams are solutioning to meet appropriate cost/benefit metrics.
Strong ability to partner with Investment Systems application team members and leaders to drive solutions consistent with architectural principles/standards and strategies. Apply influence skills to drive application teams to design, develop software solutions, that are practical and consistent with long term strategic engineering practices (data, integration, infrastructure, application, and business) to eliminate technical debt.

  • You have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
  • You have experience managing software architects.
  • You are a technical expert with strong business insight.
  • You have extensive experience building technology in support of Investment Management processes and systems.
  • You've led technology direction, guidance and oversight of vendor solutions and integrations.
  • You understand Front-office through back-office process and flow.
  • You understand capabilities associated with CSG, PSM, Order Management and Compliance business functions.
  • You have experience leading a team and developing a high-performing team of Solution Architects
  • You have a passion for coaching and developing associates in their career journey


Southern California Base Salary Range: $217,648-$370,002

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
