Join our Team!
- Direct unit personnel and set standards in cooperation with the management team to ensure safe, efficient and reliable operations in compliance with laws and regulations.
- Coordinate production to meet marketing/customer requirements and unit goals. This includes raw material management as well.
- Serves as the Responsible Care Management Representative (RCMR) and ISO Quality Manager (QM).
- Resolve problems related to product quality, customer requirements, and process issues and work on continual process improvements
- Ensure compliance with permit, waste and environmental regulations and fulfill reporting needs.
- Interface with on- and off-site service providers.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical, Chemical, Mechanical) with5-10 years work experience
- Good leadership, communication, teamwork and problem solving skills
- Sound knowledge of management systems, including ISO 9001, RC14001 and OSHA VPP.
- Familiar with Process Safety Management including Management of Change and HAZOP studies
