IES Commercial, Inc. is seeking a full-time Electrical Apprentice for Traffic Signal, Roadway Lighting, and Airport construction projects in Nebraska and Kansas - Per Diem as Eligible.

Job Summary

1. Assists Electricians by performing various tasks and material handling.
2. Assists in wire pulls and other duties as directed by supervisor.
3. May work from heights in a bucket truck
4. Ensures orderly and clean working areas at all times
5. Complies with all company and customer safety policies and procedures.
6. Travel as required.

Qualifications

1. Previous electrical experience
2. Ability to obtain State of NE Electrical Apprentice License
3. Ability to read material labeling and other construction material documents
4. Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) drug test and MVR check when responsibilities require operating motor vehicles.
