Job Description

trol, founded in 1984, is a national leader in fire protection and life safety services. We are currently seeking a full-timeInspections Coordinator/Scheduler to join our San Antonio team.

Under the direction of the Operations Manager, this position is responsible for assisting with all aspects of the execution of all fire inspections to stay in compliance with The State of Texas regulations. Customer interaction is a must.

Responsibilities:

Generate monthly work orders and transmit them to ServiceTrade within the appropriate timeframe.

Schedule inspections with customers in a timely manner.

Proactively communicate with customers before the scheduled date of inspection to confirm arrangements.

Adjust technician schedules as necessary to accommodate customer needs and service dates.

Submit required documents to compliance portals as needed.

Answer incoming phone calls professionally and assist customers as required. Maintain a clean and organized workenvironment.

Provide efficient and professional administrative and clerical service to colleagues and supervisors.

Perform additional duties as assigned once familiar with our systems and processes. Support the business with variousresponsibilities as required.


Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Ability to multitask.

Attention to detail is a must.

High School diploma or equivalent.

Experience with dispatching is preferred, but not required.

Experience working with fire protection services is preferred, but not required.
