Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Summary of the role:

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is a key member of the Americas Talent Acquisition Americas team, supporting hiring in US, Canada and Latin America.

The role involves managing recruitment activities, building candidate relationships, creating offer letters, administering pre-hire checks, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. The ideal candidate is an organizational guru, a great communicator, a team player, and a problem solver who enjoys the challenges of hiring the best and the brightest.

In this role you'll:

  • Schedule interviews working directly with candidates and hiring managers.

  • Create offer letters and manage the pre-hire transition process so that all internal departments (HRIS, Payroll) receive information in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Administer and clear background checks, drug tests and language assessments.

  • Meet with US new hires in person and/or virtually to review and validate documentation for I-9 compliance using eVerify system.

  • Track all successful Employee Referrals and approve payments with Payroll.

  • Administer quarterly new hire surveys as well as analyze data/results to improve the candidate and new hire experience.

  • Provide operational support for the University hiring program to create strong employer brand on campus and to assist with the recruitment of Interns and other "early in career" talent.

  • Provide support with projects and other assigned duties as needed.

About the Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • At least 1+ years of experience in a Talent Acquisition Coordinator role or similar preferred.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Powerpoint.

  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Workday preferred.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Must be fully bilingual in both English and Spanish.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a diverse team.

  • Location will be Miami. Must be able to work a hybrid work model.
