Primary Job Responsibilities:
The Parts Inventory Analyst is responsible and accountable for, but not limited to, the following:
- Process and review daily or weekly of all branch stock orders
- Upload stock orders to supplier order entry system
- Review, analyze and complete inventory reports as assigned
- Review and generate vendor returns for all vendors
- Maintain log for all returns
- Review inventory of each branch's inventories to ensure adequate stock
- Review and reconcile open parts claims with branches and vendors for prompt payment
- Assist branch locations with any inventory and expediting issues
- Assist branch locations to ensure open order listing is current
- Assist in resolving inventory discrepancies
- Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must have a minimum of 2 years previous experience
- G.E.D. or High School Diploma
Requirements: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
- Must have a working knowledge of the above titled position and how it relates to the overall business and its objectives
- Must meet goals and objectives set forth by the Company
- Must conform to company policies and procedures set forth by the company
- Must protect the company assets and interest
- Must have current driver's license and proof of insurance. (ONLY IF JOB REQUIRES)
- Must be able to lift 50lb., bend and twist several times daily (ONLY IF JOB REQUIRES)
- Must have the ability to work flexible hours, days and weekends (AS NECESSARY).
- Must be computer literate, windows based experience preferred (i.e. MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, Outlook)
- Must be dependable and able to work independently
- Must maintain good client relations and professional appearance
- Must promote and maintain a clean, neat and safe work environment
- Must accurately follow written and verbal instructions
- Must count accurately and write legibly
- Musts work quickly and accurately with part numbers
- Must meet minimum performance standards for all assignments
- Must attend monthly safety meetings and observe all safety rules
- Must be able to resolve problems with part numbers and quantity questions
Working Conditions:
- Typical hours of work Monday - Friday; 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Office indoor work
