Primary Job Responsibilities:

The Parts Inventory Analyst is responsible and accountable for, but not limited to, the following:

  • Process and review daily or weekly of all branch stock orders
  • Upload stock orders to supplier order entry system
  • Review, analyze and complete inventory reports as assigned
  • Review and generate vendor returns for all vendors
  • Maintain log for all returns
  • Review inventory of each branch's inventories to ensure adequate stock
  • Review and reconcile open parts claims with branches and vendors for prompt payment
  • Assist branch locations with any inventory and expediting issues
  • Assist branch locations to ensure open order listing is current
  • Assist in resolving inventory discrepancies
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must have a minimum of 2 years previous experience
  • G.E.D. or High School Diploma

Requirements: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  • Must have a working knowledge of the above titled position and how it relates to the overall business and its objectives
  • Must meet goals and objectives set forth by the Company
  • Must conform to company policies and procedures set forth by the company
  • Must protect the company assets and interest
  • Must have current driver's license and proof of insurance. (ONLY IF JOB REQUIRES)
  • Must be able to lift 50lb., bend and twist several times daily (ONLY IF JOB REQUIRES)
  • Must have the ability to work flexible hours, days and weekends (AS NECESSARY).
  • Must be computer literate, windows based experience preferred (i.e. MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, Outlook)
  • Must be dependable and able to work independently
  • Must maintain good client relations and professional appearance
  • Must promote and maintain a clean, neat and safe work environment
  • Must accurately follow written and verbal instructions
  • Must count accurately and write legibly
  • Musts work quickly and accurately with part numbers
  • Must meet minimum performance standards for all assignments
  • Must attend monthly safety meetings and observe all safety rules
  • Must be able to resolve problems with part numbers and quantity questions

Working Conditions:

  • Typical hours of work Monday - Friday; 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Office indoor work
