Responsible for designing, developing, and implementing programs and applications to support Manufacturing applications. Respond to Operations and supply chain needs and provide innovative solutions to common manufacturing problems and challenges.

• You can analyze Manufacturing data in order to establish feasibility of different design approaches and to support the user community.
• You can design and code computer programs in high-level languages with a high degree of reliability, efficiency and maintainability.
• You can develop information systems by designing, developing, and installing software solutions.
• You can determine operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.
• You can develop software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users, and studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes.
• You can document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code.
• You can prepare and install solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming.
• You can improve operations by conducting systems analysis and recommending changes in policies and procedures.
• You can obtain and license software by obtaining required information from vendors, recommending purchases, and testing and approving products.

• Bachelor's and/or master's degree, preferred in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• Proficiency .Net, and object-oriented design skills
• Proficiency with front end web development. Angular experience is an advantage
• Experience serving as technical lead throughout the full software development lifecycle, from conception, architecture definition, detailed design, scoping, planning, implementation, testing to documentation, delivery and maintenance is preferred
• Knowledge of professional software engineering and best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
• Experience in development of distributed/scalable systems and high-volume transaction applications
• Experience with the Unix and VMS Operating System and shell scripting is an advantage
• Experience with Manufacturing Executive Systems as system administrator or system implementation and support
