HID's Operations Department:

The Credentials Manufacturing team is responsible for the manufacturing of Citizen Identity Credentials and Access Control Cards for government and commercial customers around the world. This role will supervise and coordinate activities of employees engaged in utilizing equipment and operating machines to manufacture access control cards and/or related products.

As ourProduction Supervisor, you'll support HID's successby:

  • Overseeing day-to-day operations in the designated production area.
  • Communicating products, policies, and procedures to staff as necessary.
  • Promoting the growth of staff development, including training and performance management.
  • Ensuring all production documentation is completed and submitted in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring sufficient staffing levels to maintain optimum levels of output.
  • Monitoring performance to metrics; managing resources and priorities to achieve targets.
  • Adhering to, and enforce security, quality and environmental health and safety policies, procedures and controls.

  • Must be able to work sitting down and/or standing up for extended periods of time.

YourExperienceand Education include:

  • Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must have a minimum of 2-5 years of manufacturing experience as a supervisor, including some lead person experience. Manufacturing knowledge of access control devices is highly desired.
