Job Description

The Executive Account Director is responsible for direct business development to Tier 1 Accounts in the Healthcare Sector and large strategic accounts related to the Public Sector (SLED). You will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new strategic accounts, developing long-term relationships with key clients, and driving revenue growth to the key accounts. This role will also be responsible for SI relationship development and joint go to market business development. This is an exciting opportunity to create and drive qualified large-scale net new opportunities.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

  • Articulate the Infor Cloud Suite value proposition and successfully communicate the competitive advantages, resources, and processes to clients, prospects and GSI's.
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with several GSI healthcare and public sector businesses and develop joint target accounts/targeted pipelines.
  • Leverage GSI partnerships in co-sell capacities to Fortune 1000 accounts in the Healthcare industry and large strategic opportunities in the Public Sector.
  • Understand competitive landscape in North America and devise winning sales strategies for Tier 1 accounts.
  • Work closely with prospective clients to understand their business objectives and create appropriate solution to meet their business needs.
  • Develop compelling value propositions based on ROI cost/benefit analysis.
  • Develop customer account strategies and tactical penetration plans.
  • Establish, document, and maintain solid follow-up procedures for all assigned accounts.
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Cloud Suite Enterprise Software Sales to major target accounts. This includes experience selling: ERP, SCM, WMS, HCM, CRM, and WFM products.
  • Experience navigating, leading, and closing seven (7) to eight (8) figure deals.
  • Ability to establish and manage executive level customer and GSI partner relationships.
  • Experience managing multiple complex sales cycles simultaneously.
  • Ability to develop business relationships with extended team members to drive sales.
  • Experience as a direct contributor carrying individual quota.
  • Develop strategic account plans related to landing and expanding new business.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience selling into Healthcare industry and/or SLED accounts.
  • Knowledge of large enterprise business processes.
  • Experience in MEDPICC Sales strategies.
  • Willingness to Travel up to 50% (Max)
