What You'll Do:

  • Manage and supervise order desk analysis through our internal case system, addressing issues/enhancements across multiple instances of Salesforce and integrated tech stack.

  • Ensure data integrity and operational hygiene are upheld across our systems.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for sales, handling pricing, approvals, quoting, customer billing, troubleshooting deal issues, and escalations.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Professional Services, Finance, and Legal, to fulfill business needs and requirements in processing sales orders.

  • Develop and implement best practices to optimize company data quality and processes in alignment with organizational initiatives.

  • Ensure compliance with company revenue recognition and bookings policies for booking, provisioning, and deactivation of orders.

  • Manage updates to contract/agreement templates stored in CRM systems.

  • Provide ongoing support for training, coaching, and sales enablement efforts.

Requirements:

  • Ideally 3-5 years of experience in CRM (Salesforce), Quoting administration (Salesforce CPQ), and/or Orders Processing (open to PandaDoc, Octiv, and/or Docusign)

  • 1-2 years experience managing an order desk team.

  • Ability to analyze and solve complex challenges with a focus on business success.

  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.

  • Strong sense of urgency, with the ability to meet or exceed deadlines and set priorities.

Compensation

The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and in addition to benefits this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses/incentives, and equity.

US base salary range: $115,000 - $132,300 with a 10% annual bonus

For international applicants, actual salary offers may vary based on the local market compensation standards and will be determined in accordance with regional considerations, including but not limited to applicable laws, cost of living, and industry norms.
