Job Description

What you'll do:

  • Release Roadmap Management: Develop and maintain a quarterly release roadmap, aligning epics with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Risk Mitigation Planning: Identify and mitigate risks associated with 'big rocks' of the current release, proactively developing risk mitigation plans and coordinating with cross-functional teams to address potential issues.
  • Service Level Descriptions: Develop and maintain service level descriptions for warehouse optimization systems, ensuring clear communication of features, functionalities, and performance expectations to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Dependency Coordination: Coordinate key dependencies with stakeholders in Pricing and Legal, ensuring alignment and timely resolution of issues to prevent delays in release delivery.
  • Change Management: Initiate and track change requests through the Change Control Board for any changes in scope or timeline, ensuring proper documentation, evaluation, and approval of changes to maintain project integrity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that products are delivered on time and meet customer needs.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding product vision, release planning, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and soliciting feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators and metrics related to release delivery, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed to ensure successful outcomes.

What we are looking for:

  • 10-15+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on supply chain software.
  • Proven track record of bringing software products to market successfully.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience managing multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Proven ability to identify and mitigate risks, develop contingency plans, and drive resolution of issues to ensure successful product delivery.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience working in Agile development methodologies.

The salary range for this position is $101,000.00-$145,000.00

The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
