Major/Essential Functions
***The Residence Life Coordinator Position is a LIVE-ON Position which means that you must reside in an apartment located within the assigned Residence Hall on the TTU Campus.***
Supervision/Advising (30%)
Required Qualifications
Master's degree required in a related field plus two years related residence hall staff experience; OR a Bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in Residence Life as a student or graduate staff member, previous supervision experience

Pay Statement
The Residence Life Coordinator is a 12-month appointment with a base salary of $40,000 for Bachelor's level professionals and $45,000 for Master's level professionals. Additional compensation is commensurate upon the education and experience of the individual selected. Opportunities for merit-based increase may be available during employment based on institutional funding.
