Job Description

The Project Manager is responsible for assisting in the design and coordination of multiple research projects. The Project Manager will direct the day-to-day operations of a project from initial project setup through data delivery. They will have direct contact with clients throughout the execution of a project and will act as an extension of that client's team. Major responsibilities include review and consultation of questionnaires, overseeing the survey programming process, managing fieldwork/data collection as well as reviewing and providing deliverables.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Manage and own outcomes of market research projects from commissioning to invoice

  • Exceed client expectations through flawless delivery

  • Lead client kick off calls

  • Coordinate internal resources for project support

  • Provide guidance and troubleshoot project challenges at all stages

  • Consult with clients to leverage experience and knowledge to assist in meeting the research objectives

  • Track and manage project budgets and timelines

2. Collaborate and support Sales in driving revenue growth through client relationship development that lead to referrals and repeat business.

3. Communicate project updates and status in a responsive and consultative manner throughout project field.

4. Share knowledge across internal functional teams.

Education and Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience of related work experience.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

  • Knowledge of SPSS, Decipher, ConfirmIt a plus.

The base salary range for this position in is $48K-$55K/yr + bonus; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A discretionary incentive program may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and other benefits, dependent on full-time employment status.
