POSITION DESCRIPTION
  • Management of Medical, Architectural and Test & Measurement projects including coordination design, drafting, shipping, installation, testing and other trades. This includes all personnel involved with design, engineering, installation and third party supply to achieve customer's expectation and per the agreed upon time made by Sales
  • Coordinate with other Factories/divisions/departments inside the group to maximize group content as oppose to third party content
  • Ensure that installers are trained, equipped to perform their tasks and are informed of their tasks and the expectations of them before going onto the project site
  • Investigate all issues related to installation, perform site visits/inspections and ensure that the site/customer is prepared for the ETS-L installation team & materials
  • Ensure that all measures related to safety are understood and being carried out on all installations
  • Report to Management ETC (Estimated To Completion) on each project on a monthly basis as well as next 3 month revenue recognition schedule for the POR (Presidential Operating Report)
  • Meet financial budget, schedule and quality for each project and for the installation department as a whole
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • 4 year college degree in Construction Management or equivalent certifications or experience
  • Valid Driver's License
