Job SummaryJoin UT Southwestern as a Senior Organizational Development Consultant in the Human Resources Department. The Senior OD Consultant needs to have prior facilitation experience, with a focus on creating effective training and teaching it to all levels of the organization. Experience with leadership training and development, managing engagement surveys, projects and events, and customer service training is preferred.
