The Mobile Surveillance Sales Manager will lead a team of sales professionals in promoting and selling Alert 360's Mobile Surveillance division. This role is responsible for driving sales growth, recruiting, developing sales strategies, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets in the mobile surveillance security sector.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS & RESPONSIBLITIES

  • Recruit, hire, and train sales representatives on selling cycle and on-boarding procedures.

  • Spend time in the field motivating, training, and boosting sales representatives' closing rates.

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, products, programs, pricing, techniques, technologies, and service through communication and regular, motivating, and fun weekly sales meetings.

  • Ability to put together presentations and generate proposals/quotes for potential clients

  • Provide ongoing daily coaching and leadership to each sales representative.

  • Hold sales representatives accountable to assigned activity and production levels.

  • Conduct monthly performance evaluations.

  • Organize networking opportunities & support your team by building relationships with potential customers

  • Remain up-to-date with industry standards.

  • Passion for changing and improving the lives of customers and sales team.

  • Ambitious, results-oriented individual with entrepreneurial drive.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years of sales management experience in related industries preferred- working with and providing products and services to Construction/Builder Companies, General Contractors, Leasing and Property Companies, Retail Establishments, Apartments, Car Dealerships, Utilities, etc Comfortable working in a self-generating business environment

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.

  • Must pass drug and background check

  • Clean driving record

  • Must have Reliable Transportation, a valid Driver's License, and current vehicle insurance.

  • Ability to work in all weather conditions.

  • Must possess great communication skills.

  • Computer knowledge with proven proficiency and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn new software.

  • Knowledge of the industry and the technology of home automation.

  • Knowledge of SalesForce.com a plus but willing to train.

  • Weekend and night availability as needed - Sales don't always happen 9-5, Monday-Friday!

  • Must have good written/oral communication skills.
