Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 base salary with Uncapped Commission

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

As an Industrial Sales Professional with Advantage Resourcing in Corpus Christi, TX, you'll be instrumental in driving sales and profitability within the industrial sector. Your responsibilities will span developing and implementing strategic sales plans to expand market share across diverse industries, including Oil and Gas Refineries, Steel Mills, Construction Contractors, Chemical Plants, and Power Plants. Evaluating the market for safety products and services in Southeastern Texas, you'll provide invaluable insights to the team. Building lasting customer relationships, negotiating pricing and terms, and surpassing company sales targets will be your primary focus. Additionally, you'll report on marketing activities and sales metrics, ensure safety compliance, and consistently deliver exceptional customer satisfaction. This role demands a strong commitment, dedication, and a proactive approach to achieving results in a competitive industrial landscape.

Requirements:

• Dedication to customer service, safety, and quality.
• Uphold ethical standards, and integrity, and promote team collaboration.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of outside sales experience, preferably in industrial markets.
• Experience in Petro-Chem/Industrial sectors, with a focus on chemical plants and refineries.
• Preference for candidates with safety industry experience.
• Proven track record of managing and growing client bases.
• Understanding of safety product principles.
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• High-energy with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to assess client needs and provide timely solutions.
• Demonstrated strong ethics, core values, and drive for success.
