PRODUCTION MILL WORKER

Primary Duties:

Employee will be assigned to various positions and shifts within the department according to operating needs and the department's flexibility requirements. Assignments will be primarily to entry-level positions; however, duties may include any and all processes, equipment, and positions within the department. When not assigned to specific position, employee performs general labor type duties.

Requirements:

  • Minimum education requirement: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Manufacturing experience PREFERRED.
  • Must be willing and able to work rotating shifts and overtime as scheduled.
  • Employee must demonstrate ability to adhere and comply with all safety requirements.
  • Employee must be highly motivated and be willing to support manufacturing needs through flexibility.
