The perfect candidates are those who envision ways to help clientele with our products and services. The Residential Territory Sales Manager is responsible for the coordination and evaluation of outside sales teams with the overall goal to meet and exceed budgeted revenue of unit growth for sales region. The primary focus is on building new business and continuing to develop existing business.

This is a full-time, outside sales position and could include driving up to 5 days/week.

Pay: Salary $70,000 - $75,000 plus quarterly bonus.

Responsibilities

  • Build, direct, coach, and motivate an effective sales team in developing profitable revenue
  • Calls on key customers to ensure service satisfaction and identify continued growth opportunities
  • Reviews market analysis to determine customer needs and volume potential
  • Develop sales campaigns to achieve sales goals
  • Business development through industry networking
  • Aid in the negotiation and bids on furniture rental contracts
  • Direct strategic processes involved in business, organization planning coordination and execution
  • Coordinate communication with Operations to ensure sales strategies meet district needs

Qualifications

  • College degree with 3+ years of combined business-to-business sales experience and distance management experience or minimum 3-5 years industry experience without degree
  • At least 2 years of experience managing an outside sales force with a proven record of increasing sales and profit
  • Excellent communication and reasoning skills, computer proficiency and account development and management skills
  • Ability to develop effective marketing strategies, accurately forecast revenue growth and profit
  • Ability to build relationships with external and internal customers
  • Must have valid state driver's license and safe driving record
  • Must have reliable transportation
