M1 Support Services (M1) is looking for a Senior Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Mechanic - Program
Support Analyst (PSA). The Senior A&P Mechanic - PSA develops and administers a product improvement
program to ensure the safest, most reliable and economical operation of the T-1A COMBS and equipment end
item. The PSA analyzes and tracks equipment failures and identifies the need for product improvement as
well as assist the Government in determining scheduled inspection and predictive maintenance requirements.
The PSA provides guidance and training to main operating base Field Service Representatives (FSRs).
Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
* Technical reviews of technical data, service documentation, preliminary TCTO, and preliminary
changes to organizational manuals
* Reviews updated vendor commercial maintenance manuals as they are updated and provide Air Force
Technical Order (AFTO) Form 22 (Technical Manual Change Recommendation) to the Government
where information in the commercial manual impacts processes described in the T-1A Technical
Orders (TO)
* Participates in validation/verification of TCTOs and changes to organizational level manuals.
* Performs analysis of all maintenance difficulties and makes recommended changes to operation,
maintenance, inspection, and training requirements to improve the method of operation and
maintenance.
* Periodically travel to main operating bases to collect data and provide training on maintenance best
practices.
* Provide on-the-job training (OJT) to T-1A aircraft maintenance technicians.
* Use Integrated Maintenance Data System (IMDS) data to assist in trend analysis when appropriate.
* Develop a hands-on, informal OJT syllabus of more than one (1) work shift.
* Participate and assist in accident investigations, service reporting, and deficiency report
investigations.
* Participate in test, functional check and operational flights of T-1A aircraft when authorized by the
Functional Area Commander/Chief (FAC)
* Provide instruction and OJT in the operation and maintenance of the T-1A aircraft, avionics,
propulsion, and support equipment systems after mission priorities are met.
* Submit monthly PSA Analysis Reports and other reports to support the program.
* Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience:
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license.
* 10 years maintenance experience on small multi-engine jet aircraft with at least five (5) years
specifically on T-1A or Beechcraft 400A aircraft
* Working knowledge of the interaction of maintenance and supply to include how maintenance and
supply issues affect mission capable (MC) rates, to include knowledge on performance metrics such as
Non-Mission Capable Maintenance (NMCM), Non- Mission Capable Supply (NMCS), and Non-Mission
Capable Both (NMCB).

* Analytical capabilities such as, but not limited to forecast issues/problems with maintenance
capabilities and parts availability.
* Prior experience as a FSR including providing OJT in a maintenance environment.
* Must possess competent computer skills.
* Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English.
* Must be reliable, self-motivated, and able to deal with stressful situations and timelines while
maintaining a professional and non-confrontational attitude.
Working Conditions:
* Occasional travel to other sites domestically.
* Must be able to work on small business jet aircraft externally, internally, and inside maintenance
access areas as well as move about both inside aircraft hangars and outside on aircraft ramps within
close proximity of running equipment and aircraft.
