Job Description

Location: Candidate must be based in the Austin, TX metropolitan area or be willing to relocate. This is an in-office role.

As part of our rapid growth we are looking for a Corporate Account Executive Manager to join our amazing team! As a CAE Manager, you will hire, train, and manage a team of sellers. This position is responsible for working closely with internal teams to build strategy and hit quarterly goals. It is a critical role as we grow our sales team and build a world class organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and retain an inside sales team (Corporate Account Executives) that consistently achieves and outperforms their quota
  • Ability to accurately forecast, achieve objectives, create repeatable processes, and lead the team
  • Collaborate with the field sales, channel and marking teams to build winning strategies
  • Conduct weekly 1:1s with CAEs to review opportunity progress, provide feedback, and mentor team
  • Work closely with the Director of Global Business Development and Inside Sales to build a top-notch program to help the CAEs develop their craft
  • Collaborate with the sales enablement team to ensure appropriate learning objectives and opportunities are provided to the team
  • Meet sales and revenue targets as set by Sales Senior Leadership
  • Synthesize reporting for management review

Requirements:

  • Several years of Sales and Sales management experience
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of an organization both internally and externally
  • Outstanding presentation and sales skills
  • Strong data analytics, organizational skills, decision-making abilities and timely follow-up
