About the Role:

  • Inventory Management & Logistics: Manage inventory and condition of precast forms and components. Coordinate Precast Arch bridge logistics on-site through Contech Logistics, utilizing various documents and resources.
  • Project Communication: Support Regional Precast Manager (RPM) and Precast Accounting in monitoring the Precast Production Report process to ensure accurate tracking. Keep the RPM updated on project progress and developments for timely reporting.
  • Installation Excellence: Schedule and conduct pre-installation meetings for Precast Arch bridge projects. Assist the RPM in executing the "Flawless Installations" program, and ensure installations meet and exceed expectations.
  • Quality: Conduct product inspections at precast manufacturing facilities including periodic precast form inspections. Alert the production team of the need for equipment maintenance or replacement needs. Analyze quality control check sheets to maintain adherence to Best Practices Manual and Quality Assurance Standards.
  • Technical Training & Support: Train precasters on proper usage and maintenance of forms. Respond to contractors' technical questions during pre-installation meetings.
  • On-Site Expertise: Serve as the go-to consultant for contractors installing Contech Precast Arch bridge structures.
  • Safety: Ensure compliance with Contech Corporate Safety Standards, prioritizing safety in all aspects of work.
  • Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance project execution efficiency. Utilize feedback and lessons learned to continually improve installation processes and methods.

Qualifications:

  • Associate Degree in Construction or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A minimum of 2-years of related industry experience in construction, project management, manufacturing or precast.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
  • Strong conflict resolution skills and business acumen
  • Ability to read and interpret engineer shop and installation drawings.
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs and navigate difficult terrain on job sites.
  • Willingness to travel up to 80% within a multi-state region and occasionally nationally.
  • Valid driver's license with good driving record.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish skills advantageous
