Demand and Supply Planner - North America : Join Our Team and Shape the Future of Supply Chain Excellence

This is a unique opportunity to drive the S&OP process utilizing the cutting-edge Slim4 MRP system, directly impacting our distribution efficiency and success. You'll work closely with our Director of Supply Chain in North America, becoming an integral part of our ambitious Distribution Supply Chain team. We're looking for a visionary planner who isn't afraid to push boundaries, challenge the status quo, and drive significant improvements in our stocking levels. Core Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP): Lead the demand review process, prepare and follow up on action items to ensure adherence to the monthly planning calendar.
  • Supply Planning and Inventory Management: Utilize Slim4 for inventory optimization, generate purchase and work orders, and manage supplier performance to maintain efficient inventory levels.
  • Master Data Management: Oversee the accuracy and optimization of master data to support inventory planning and operational efficiency.
  • Problem Solving and Improvement: Identify and implement solutions to enhance systems and processes, supporting global initiatives.
  • Communication and Escalation: Act as a liaison with regional and global teams to manage risks and shortages, ensuring exceptional stakeholder service.

This role is ideal for someone with a passion for supply chain management, a knack for analytics, and the ability to navigate complex systems and processes to deliver outstanding results.


Job Type:Full-Time

Expected hours:40 hours per week, overtime and weekends as needed.

Classification: Salary Exempt

Shift availability:Day Shift

Work Location:In Person - Temple, Texas or Mineral Wells Based
