Your Role

In this position, you will provide logistical support for the Service Center in Baytown, TX. You will report to the Service Center Manager.

You will:

• Verify and maintain records of incoming and outgoing shipments, including checking and verifying identifying information, counts, weights, and/or measurements of items to be shipped or received.
• Receive, organize, and place equipment and parts into established storage locations.
• Locate, pick, and stage parts and components needed in the service and remanufacturing processes.
• Perform outbound inspection of equipment to verify conformance to quality standards prior to shipping.
• Load and unload equipment and parts from trucks and/or flatbeds, verifying that outbound loads are secured properly for shipping.
• Maintain organization in the yard and service center.
• Notify the relevant departments or manager about shipping issues or discrepancies.
• Perform the cycle count process and measures.

To succeed, you will need

A high school diploma or equivalency with 2 years of industrial shipping/receiving experience.
