About the position...

Point of Rental is seeking a creative content writer to join our growing Learning & Development team.

Duties & Responsibilities

* Writing and managing documents while ensuring their accuracy, quality, and integrity.

* Update training knowledge base, release notes and sprints, upon new product releases.

* Assist in creating training content, manuals, guidelines, eLearning courses, videos, and workshops on company products.

* Assist in managing course materials in the Learning Management System, including content, exams, resource files, and content library.

Skills & Qualifications

* Exceptional organizational, multi-tasking, creativity, and communication skills.

* Exceptional writing skills, specifically the ability to clearly explain complex concepts with clarity and flow.

* Partner with both team members and other departments to meet all goals and objectives in a timely manner.

* Basic analytical skills, with the ability to store, catalog, and retrieve documents.

* Strong interpersonal skills to work independently and in a team environment.

* Outstanding attention to detail with the ability to deliver high quality consumable, accurate, complete, and grammatically correct documents.

* Strong video, media, and authoring software related to eCourse production.

Job Type:

Full-Time, Exempt. Base Salary + Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision) + 120 Hours PTO + 100% 401(k) matching (up to 4%). M-F, Daytime Hours. Work Environment: Open to Onsite, Hybrid or Remote.

The base pay for this position is $50,000 to $60,000 per year The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, experience and training, skills, licenses and certifications, and education among other factors.
