Job Description
  • Develop global B2B communication concepts for products and solutions in the area of Glaucoma and Retina diagnostics, in close collaboration with Strategic Marketing and further internal stakeholders.
  • Define global communication approaches and messaging based on customer insights and competitive monitoring and validate with our target group of ophthalmologists.
  • Set up and roll out of global multichannel lead generation and traffic gen campaigns with focus on digital (website, email automatization, social media) including concept and execution of campaign assets and clinical content collaterals.
  • Develop and execute product websites including SEO and SEA concept.
  • Project management and end-to-end management of internal approval processes.
  • Closely monitor the success of the activities, defining KPIs and setting up corresponding dashboards.
  • Work closely together with internal stakeholder teams like Strategic Marketing, Product Management, Professional Education, Brand guideline team.
  • Brief and supervise external partners (creative agencies, media agencies, production companies), negotiate competitive project bids and manage budget and timelines.
  • Inform and align with local counterparts in the countries on campaign activities, support localization and identify potential needs for modification of material.

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Journalism, Communication or Media science or similar education.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in a global marketing communication role in B2B, medical device marketing preferred.
  • Solid understanding in Communication strategies, Customer insights, Marketing automation, Website performance, Analytics tools, SEO and social media.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Result driven with strong project management skills and able to multi-task under pressure.
  • Team player with strong networking skills and the ability to manage up and across organization.
  • Experienced to work in a global environment.

The hourly pay range for this position is $38.00 -$47.00.

The pay offered for this role may be influenced by factors such as job location, scope of role, qualifications, education, experience, & complexity/specialization/scarcity of talent.

This position is also eligible for a performance bonus.
