YOUR PURPOSE: The Lead Developer will be involved in all aspects of development life cycle. This role will work with analysts, architects and engineers to plan, design, develop, and unit test solutions based on the functional and technical specifications to meet quality and performance requirements.
Responsibilities

- Effectively coaches, mentors, and leads development efforts

- Has ability to work under pressure, maintains composure and professionalism in a development environment
- Must be flexible and manage multiple changing priorities/tasks
Qualifications
Technical Skills:
- Demonstrates deep understanding of multiple technologies, business strategies and objectives
- Provides technical guidance and support to colleagues
- Functions as the technical lead on a project or in area of expertise
- Competently performs advanced IT tasks with minimal supervision
- Understands all aspects of development including, but not limited to, gathering requirements, designing future state solutions, development of objects related to process scope and supporting testing and post implementation support
- Demonstrates an understanding of the technology used for their area of expertise
- Ability to adapt to new technical innovations and business processes

Education and Experience Requirements:
- 7+ years relevant experience
- Bachelors degree or certification required
