Job Description

SUMMARY: A Treasury Solutions Consultant is responsible for the delivery of integrated treasury solutions to clients and prospects. Key responsibilities include actively managing and pursuing treasury revenue streams along with increasing product penetration across an assigned portfolio and partnering closely with client-facing teammates to consult on sales opportunities. Job expectations include business development , provide product knowledge to deliver the best possible solution to meet the client and prospect's needs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties and special projects may be assigned.

  • Drive responsible revenue and balance sheet growth and profitability improvement through client planning, calling portfolio development and creating and delivering compelling proposals to target clients.
  • Grow client relationships by identifying client needs and cross selling , and building a strong sales pipeline.
  • Bring consultative advice and treasury expertise to deliver thought leadership and value-add insights to clients to gain trusted advisor status.
  • Sustain a strong client focus and treasury industry expertise and develop client subsector expertise. Drive regular consultative client interactions with on-site and virtual meetings, industry conferences, roundtables and client events. Manage and lead strategic dialogues around key client centric issues, leveraging best practices, peer benchmarking, industry data analytics, and solutioning positioning.
  • Leverage strong communication and interpersonal skills to develop excellent working relationships with team members, keeping them apprised of client updates, treasury product information and specialized industry knowledge.

Required Skills: "Must" have these skills to be minimally qualified

  • Minimum 3 years' experience Treasury/Cash Management.
  • Broad understanding of bank structure and the operational aspects of cash management products and services.
  • Proven entrepreneurial business development and relationship management skills with corporate clients.
  • Successful history of direct and comprehensive treasury management sales experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or Equivalent work experience.
  • Strong communication skills who value giving and receiving feedback, easily build relationships, flexible, and learning and willing to sharing knowledge.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Proven track record of excellent communication and presentation skills and strong organization and time management skills. Must also be able to demonstrate proven prospecting skills.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP)-AFP preferred.
