Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Perform project quality reviews of transportation engineering project deliverables including schematic design roll plots, detailed design plans, specifications, construction cost estimates, and reports
• Quality reviews will be conducted using client or JMT checking procedures, including Bluebeam, to assure deliverables adhere to designated project criteria including constructability and contractual requirements
• Develop and maintain quality documentation in accordance with project's established Project Management Plan and contract requirements
• Perform project quality audits
• Assist Project managers with development and review of Project Management Plan, with specific emphasis on Quality Control
• Assist Director of Quality Management, Office Managers, and Quality Coordinators in establishing or improving JMT project related quality processes.

Nonessential Functions and Responsibilities

• Perform other related duties as assigned
• Mentorship of less experienced transportation designers
