Facility Management Site Lead

The Facility Management Site Lead is responsible for overseeing the task requirement and methodology used to achieve expected results. Work independently to coordinate activities of skilled trades workers engaged in maintaining and repairing equipment, structures, utility systems, buildings and grounds services and support for government, commercial, and industrial customers.

Compensation & Benefits:

Estimated Starting Salary Range for Facility Management Site Lead: $70,000 - $76,000

Pay commensurate with experience.

Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice.

Facility Management Site Lead Responsibilities Include:

  • Performs work in UXO areas and impact areas.
  • Maintains a flexible schedule in order to accommodate openings to work around training schedules.
  • Establishes priorities, interprets conflicting data, and redirects efforts with little forewarning.
  • Maintains contact with client personnel in completing assignments and resolving problems.
  • Serves as liaison to Directorate of Public Works.
  • Provides guidance on courses of action required for routine and emergency maintenance.
  • Oversees maintenance contracts for critical systems.
  • Responds to customer/occupant requests and requirements ensuring safety, OSHA, ADA, and regulatory standards are maintained in MDA facilities.
  • Influences new construction and facility acquisitions with lessons incorporating facilities expertise and experience.
  • Schedules, coordinates, and monitors the performance of vendors pertaining to facilities.
  • Manages MDA facility parking, enforcing policy and assignment.
  • Directs the development of new processes and procedures to increase performance and preclude operational shortfalls.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Facility Management Site Lead Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:

  • Position requires an Associate Degree and two (2) years of related experience or equivalent combination experience with a portion of that being in a supervisory role. Must have certification equivalent to the skill labor team assigned. Appropriate security clearance will be necessary per contract or sector requirements. DU Frisker qualified.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge and understanding of current organizational practices and programs.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
  • Proficiency in utilized software programs including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to prioritize, lead and manage multiple projects and tasks to successful completion.
  • Knowledge of heavy equipment and able to complete equipment repairs.
  • Must be able to obtain First Aid, CPR and AED certification.
  • Must be able to qualify for a pass to enter unclassified DoD areas.
  • Knowledge of herbicide spraying.
  • US citizen and an active secret clearance is required per our government client.
  • Ability to read RFMSS and match with SDZ's.
  • Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal.
