Job Summary

This Position Is Responsible For Managing All Aspects For Platform And Technical Client Or Vendor Implementation. Gathering, Organizing, Analyzing, And Interpreting Marketing/Branding, Contractual, Financial, And Operating Data. Keeping Informed Of Best Practices And Strategic Trends In Product Lifecycle Management, Sales And Account Implementation. Responsible For Implementing Accounts Across The Enterprise. Working With Cross Functional Teams/Internal Stakeholders To Coordinate The Implementation. Responsible For Communications And Implementation Artifacts That Describe Progress, Issues, And Risks Surrounding The Implementation. Ability To Travel.

Account Services:
BASIC FUNCTION:
This position is responsible for managing all aspects for Small Market Account Client Implementation. Gathering, organizing, analyzing, and interpreting marketing, legislative, financial, and operating data. Keeping informed of best practices and strategic trends in product lifecycle management, sales and account implementation. Responsible for implementing accounts across the enterprise. Working with cross functional teams/internal stakeholders to coordinate the implementation. Responsible for communications and implementation artifacts that describe progress, issues, and risks surrounding the implementation.

Account Services:

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor Degree and 2 years implementation, account management, or sales support experience OR 6 year's implementation, account management, or sales support experience.
  • Knowledge of insurance policy.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer Service skills.
  • Interpersonal skills.
  • Problem solving and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel.
  • PC proficiency to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Knowledge of the types of benefits, general insurance and administration provisions, alternate delivery systems, insurance regulations and policy drafting principles.

THIS IS A FLX ROLE WORKING 3 DAYS IN THE OFFICE AND 2 DAYS FROM HOME
