The Enterprise Content Management Administrator II is an integral part of the MBIS team. The ECM Administrator will design, estimate, develop, document, and implement well tested solutions that satisfy the requirements of each application development request within the allocated time and budget for each request.

This is a hybrid remote position which will require the candidate to report and work from the office two days a week. Therefore, interested candidates should be within a 50-minute radius from Temple, Tx.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS / PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Other duties may be assigned. A teammate in this position must have the ability to:

  • Administers OnBase and Perceptive ECM platforms from Hyland software.
  • Provides day to day support and monitoring of ECM solutions including access requirements, compliance, and retention schedules.
  • Works with end users to establish workflows and processes required for document management.
  • Provides training to user community.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, related experience.
  • 5 years of experience in document management.
  • 3 years of IT experience installing and troubleshooting software.
  • Perceptive and SharePoint experience preferred.
  • Have ability to work independently and to work with other team members.
