The Core Program is a 12-18-month developmental program that provides cross-functional, hands-on exposure in the field to deliver a holistic view of CMC's business and our new Tensar Division. You'll spend time rotating through various departments and will also receive enhanced training and development to help prepare you for future leadership opportunities.

What You'll Do
  • Rotate through the functional areas of our core lines of business (Mills, Fabrication, or Recycling)
  • Participate in the CMC Safety Programs and proactively uphold the CMC Safety Culture
  • Work in roles at the plant level to learn processes and procedures
  • Participate in various developmental trainings and business projects
  • May work in short-term assignment roles (fill in for vacation, vacancies, etc) as needed
  • Complete and present a capstone project at the conclusion of program
What You'll Need
  • Ability to work under the guidelines of CMC's core values and safety standards
  • Ability to work in the elements (hot, cold, wet, etc) as needed
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed
  • Ability to work within all levels of the organization (shop floor to upper management)
  • Strong customer service skills
Your Education
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Engineering Degree preferred
