Job Description
Summary:

Provide administrative, technical and clerical support to the leadership team, while assisting with Human Resources administrative support as needed.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and organize meetings
  • Assist in organizing leadership, executive and Board meetings, ensuring all logistical details are well-managed
  • Assist with company event planning and coordination
  • Create and edit presentations, confidential correspondence, and other documents as needed
  • Plan and organize travel arrangements including airline, hotel and rental car or rideshare reservations
  • Manage expense reports, ensuring accurate and timely completion and submission for approval
  • Coordinate meal delivery and set-up for meetings
  • Conduct various research projects, audits and/or special projects as needed
  • Handle event registrations
  • Order supplies
  • Provide administrative support for the Human Resources team as needed
  • Other general duties as assigned

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

  • Ability to remain flexible, with frequent changes in priorities while supporting multiple leaders

Education and Experience:

Education: Some college experience preferred, but not required

Experience: One year or more of general administrative or customer service work experience preferred

This position is a sedentary position that requires 8 hours of sitting at a desk in a climate-controlled environment with frequent computer, mouse, 10 key touch and phone work. This is a hybrid position that will require work at the office as well as work from a home office.
