Global Services Program Manager

Location: Anywhere in the U.S. (Dallas, TX preferred)

As part of the Global Services PMO team aligning to the JXO organization, this position will provide the opportunity to participate in driving projects and programs that impact the vision, objectives and direction for systems, process and business transformation in key functional areas within GS. Program Management is a discipline at Juniper where skilled professionals understand the project management practices and project lifecycle methodologies needed to manage small, medium, and large-scale implementation projects and programs.
You'll be supported by an amazing group of professionals, both leaders and peers, as you tackle unique business challenges as we enable and bring beneficial change to the Global Services organization.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

  • Plans and manages a project from initiation through delivery to closure by directing and providing support, direction, functional or technical expertise and influencing stakeholders.
  • Drives and is accountable for the definition of project scope, schedule, success metrics, and budget required to achieve defined objectives.
  • Monitor and Control roles & responsibilities of team members.
  • Deliver key milestones.
  • Documents showing project organization structure and interfaces.
  • Budget, resource requirements, & allocation.
  • Project schedules and dependencies.
  • Project baselining, monitoring, and corrective action.
  • Communication plan and mechanisms including Project status reports & dashboards, Meeting agendas and minutes, Post Deployment success metrics, etc.
  • Artifacts and operating mechanisms to execute change control, quality, risk management, and communication.
  • Improves upon existing processes and defines new processes necessary to ensure successful execution and control of the project.

Basic Requirements

  • 6+ years of increasing experience leading the teams managing global complex multi-national change initiatives.
  • BA/BS degree in related area or equivalent project/program management experience.
  • Experience with transformational change, information systems, and understanding of industry business concepts and best practices. Requires detailed functional expertise and broad company knowledge to understand linkages between processes and operations.
  • Current PMP Certification is strongly desired.
  • Thorough understanding and experience with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Experience in automation solutions and AI/ML are a plus.
  • Strong leadership skills sufficient to resolve current or potential business process issues or problems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to organize and implement technical business process solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. PowerPoint slide development.
  • Excellent PC skills (MS Office) required.
  • Knowledge in the areas of SFDC, Cloud Technologies, SAAS and business tools such as SAP.
  • No relocation is available for this position.

Minimum Salary: $95,700.00

Maximum Salary:$146,740.00

The pay range for this position is expected to be between $95,700.00 and $146,740.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Juniper's pay range data is provided in accordance with local state pay transparency regulations. Juniper may post different minimum wage ranges for permanent residency petitions pursuant to US Department of Labor requirements.
