Procurement Analyst

Boingo Wireless is seeking a highly motivated and organized Procurement Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the subject matter expert on all aspects of the purchasing process, playing a vital role in ensuring Boingo receives the right products, at the right time, and at the right cost. You are proactive, you follow up and through on tasks and projects and approach your job with enthusiasm. You will work closely with internal and external teams, building strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders alike.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, create, process, issue, and manage POs for all goods and services.
• Follow up with vendors, communicate with requesters, and provide tracking information.
• Setting up project numbers and issuing purchase orders, onboarding vendors, ensuring timely delivery of goods & services, and providing status updates to field teams.
• Process change orders and credits, receive in goods, and resolve invoice issues.
• Identify and source suppliers & vendors, negotiate pricing and obtain competitive quotes, track delivery timing, and advise and give feedback on supplier performance.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in a procurement role with strong purchase order and vendor management skills and purchase-to-pay process.
• Expert communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Highly motivated and results-oriented with strong attention to detail.
• Someone who sees a better way to do something and works to get it implemented.
• Bachelors Degree required
