Crowe LLPis looking for a Client Accounting Services Partnerto join our firm! The partner is a management team member of a fast-growingFinance Transformation (FT) practice. This position will be responsible for developing and maintaining accounting principles, practices, and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements for clients. This is a new position driven by the historical growth, 300% growth in the last year, and anticipated continued growth of the FT practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Grow and develop the Client Accounting Services practice through the selling and delivery of services specific to the needs of emerging and/or high-growth businesses
  • Function as a leader through the establishment of a professional reputation and network
  • Lead all phases of services provided to the client ensuring quality, accuracy, and on-time processing of client information
  • Facilitate frequent client meetings relating to on-going work, special projects, and financial results
  • Communicate tax reporting needs with tax professionals
  • Develop a thorough assessment and understanding of client's business needs and objectives, integrate a deep understanding to achieve desired results
  • Ensure that all deliverables are prepared accurately while anticipating, identifying and addressing client concerns and problems as they arise
  • Work within budgetary and time constraints while providing high-level client satisfaction
  • Promote new ideas and business solutions which result in allowable extended services to existing clients
  • Help build a dedicated and motivated team of professionals to accomplish the vision and strategy positioning Crowe as a leader
  • Ensure professional development for self and team through ongoing education and obtaining additional certifications as appropriate
  • Serve as a role model, providing mentoring and training to staff members

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting required, masters or advanced degree desirable
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required
  • 12+ years of experience providing client accounting outsourcing services in a professional services environment, experience in industry and external audit will be considered
  • 5+ years of supervisory experience, mentoring and counseling associates
  • Previous experience servicing small or middle market clients in various stages of maturity including some companies that are planning to or in the process of going public
  • Broad experience in various industries including technology, media, telecommunications, construction, real estate, professional services or not-for-profit desired
  • Innovative and forward-thinking leader with a proven track record in building, developing, and sustaining clients and teams
  • Strong organizations skills with the ability to strategically plan for growth, innovation and exceptional client service
  • Ability to cross-sell firm services to existing client base while adhering to independence standards
  • Skillset and experience to work in various accounting software tools such as SAP, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365, QuickBooks Online, Sage, Bill.com, Excel
