Hybrid 3 days a week in office at a minimum based on scheduling

The candidate must have
- 7 to 9 years of experience as a developer
- Expert-level experience in Java (8 or above) and object-oriented design and development
- Hands-on experience of working with relational databases and development (SQL, Sybase)
- Working knowledge of Unix bash scripting and/or Python
- Have Knowledge of Agile methodology (Scrum)
- Good with DevOps and CI/CD pipeline
- Financial Services industry experience will be considered an advantage

Skill Set:
Primary:
- Java 8 or above, Gradle, REST, SOAP, Spring Boot, JDBC, Spring Batch
- Database: Sybase or SQL Server, PL/SQL
- Git/Bitbucket, Jenkins, Eclipse, IntelliJ, Visual Studio Code
- Good SQL skills with experience in any of the RDBMS databases.
- Experience with at least some of Spring, SOAP/RESTful, XML, JSON, ProtoBuf/Flat Buffers.
- Experience with UNIX environments and scripting.
- Experience with parallel/concurrent processing/multithreading, distributed, real time, grid compute a plus.
- Experience with AWS computing a plus.

Good to have:
- Scripting: Unix/Bash or Python
- Agile methodology - Preferably Scrum
- DevOps and CI/CD pipeline
- Cloud hands-on experience - Public cloud: AWS
