Job Description
You will assist with external and internal marketing efforts, including email campaigns, landing page development, data acquisition, presentation, graphics and video development, social media posts, platform training and support. The ideal candidate has a service-oriented demeanor, the ability to learn new software, can multitask and can complete projects with tight deadlines. This person should demonstrate exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills, have the ability to work and act independently with minimal to no supervision, be detail-oriented and organized, and must be a highly motivated individual who is eager and ready to accept additional responsibilities when needed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Includes the following; other duties may be assigned.
- Implement and provide support for all programs across a wide variety of platforms
- Execute precise and timely email marketing campaigns
- Leverage marketing automation tools
- Email list and database segmentation
- Train users as needed
- Build and edit online forms
- Create and edit website landing pages
- Create and edit presentations, website content, articles and social media posts
- Develop and maintain favorable relationships with customers and internal global partners, ensuring their needs and goals are consistently met

QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in a communications or marketing role
- Experience with email communications and marketing automation platforms
- Experience with distilling information to create presentations, website content, articles and social media posts in accordance with brand guidelines
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop and image creation/editing concepts
- Experience with Adobe Premiere and video creation/editing concepts is a plus
- Excellent oral and written and communications skills
- Experience with project management and collaboration software, such as Jira, Confluence, Wrike and SharePoint
- Basic HTML knowledge
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office software
- Knowledge of website content management and CMS software
- Knowledge of communications and marketing best practices

EDUCATION:
BS/BA with 2+ years of relevant experience, equivalent work experience considered.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines on time with strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, including writing and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively within a complex, multi-layered organization
- Creative in finding ways to solve problems

- Possess out of the box thinking and an aptitude for written communication
- Accountable and results-oriented with strong analytical and quantitative thinking
- Able to prioritize and work with minimum supervision

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
