Description:

Coordinates a team or programmer analyst in the analysis, design, development, training, implementation, and maintenance for all custom software development including file server based database applications, client server based applications, and intranet/web based applications.

5-7 years of experience Description Works on problems of moderate and varied complexity where analysis of data may require adaptation of standardized practices or precedent.

Acts independently to identify and select appropriate methodologies.

Work customarily and regularly (50% of time or more) requires the exercise of discretion and independent judgment.

Normally receives general instructions on non-routine work assignments.

Requires additional instructions and frequent guidance on new assignments.

May deal with both internal and external contacts. Demonstrates working knowledge in job-related functional area and of the business.

Provide production support of existing ETL processes Provide regular project updates to Information Analysts and management as needed Communicate issues, risks, and concerns proactively to management Document ETL process thoroughly to allow peers to assist with support as needed.

Four or more years of relevant work experience (Database development, ETL development, scripting) Four or more years of experience with SSIS and overall Microsoft Stack (MSSQL, C#).

Experience in working with data automation across multiple environments (ETL).

SSIS Advanced component experience (transformation objects in data flow).

Experience in open source DBs (ex: PostgreSQL, MySQL, Cassandra).

Experience in conversion of ETL/data transformation to open source from MS SQL is plus. Location can be Irving TX or Alpharetta GA.
