Working as the Monitoring, Systems, and Analysis Lead (MSA) at Shine Early Learning (TX) will give you the opportunity to gain valuable experience and professional growth. As part of the program's leadership team,  you will be accountable for both ensuring that the data being used in the program is accurate and timely and partnering closely with the Director of Strategic Integration to ensure that the data is effectively utilized and integrated by the management team to drive compliance and quality.  The MSA Lead oversees the management and implementation of Shine Early Learning’s child information database, Shine Insight, for tracking, reporting and analyzing information about children and families. He or she is responsible for training staff on the use of data, providing technical support for data system users, ensuring the accuracy of data, and reporting and analyzing information.
