We're an upscale Italian American restaurant dedicated to creating great food while making our guests feel special, and we are seeking innovative thinkers. This position reports to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager for Maggiano's. This individual will support the Maggiano's Marketing Team while gaining a comprehensive understanding of Maggiano's business and marketing challenges. We are seeking an intern who is high-energy, analytical thinker and a creative problem-solver. If you like to have fun, but work hard, this is your internship!

Your Key Job Functions

*Assist the Maggiano's Marketing Team in the execution of marketing projects.

*Help execute marketing promotions and materials (email, social media, paid ads, content, etc.)

*Find images, create graphics, take photos for content to be published on social media

*Assist with social media messaging strategy

*Curate user generated content for use in marketing

* Help maintain the editorial calendar

*Write and edit copy for marketing emails and blog posts

*Help with testing and quality assurance for the website and assist with updating and managing content

*Create landing pages for use with paid and social media campaigns

*Organize internal creative assets for better accessibility

*Help manage continuous and ad-hoc projects

What You Bring to the Team

*Highly organized and detail oriented

*Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines

*General understanding of marketing and advertising principals

*Proficient with technology (e.g., MS Office, MS Excel)

*Strong analytical and quantitative skills

*Graphic design portfolio or experience

*Comfortable writing for marketing and advertising

*An eye for photography, particularly for social media

*Ability to think of effective ways to communicate strategic messages on social media

*Current student or recent graduate

*Bachelor's Degree (completed or in progress) in Marketing, Business, Journalism, Finance, or Technology.

*Restaurant, Hotel, or Customer Serviceexperience is a plus
