Job Summary: TheIntegral Care Call Center is the first contact and representation of IntegralCare by phone to the public, consumers and providers. Calls coming intoIntegral Care's main phone numbers as well as calls from contract partners areanswered by Call Center staff 24/7, including holidays. The QMHP's primarypurpose is to handle crisis calls by providing telephonic crisis interventionservices and risk assessments, to complete initial screenings, provideinformation about Integral Care services, provide community referrals andsupport, link callers with the appropriate service providers, and assist withscheduling appointments. These duties are completed with a focus on customercare, wherein staff will find ways to best meet the needs of clients. These jobduties are performed under the supervision of an LPHA. The QMHP has moderatelatitude for the exercise of independent judgment in most tasks performed, andworks closely with a multitude of community partners, including but not limitedto APD, TCSO, medical facilities, and schools.

Education:

Required:

  • Graduated from an accreditedcollege or university with a Bachelor'sdegree with a major specialization in Human/Behavioral/Social Services orrelated field.

License:

Required:

  • Currentand valid Texas driver's license and a clean driving record.

Experience:

Required:

  • Experience in customer service
  • Experience intervening in crisissituation, as well as addressing severe and persistent mental health challenges

Preferred:

  • Direct client care experience in mental health assessments, diagnosis, andtreatment
  • Bilingualfluency in Spanish

Hours: Saturday-Monday, 9:00pm-9:00am.

Salary: Starting Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) salary is at$38,479-$40,739 based on education, but internal applicants are subject toIntegral Care's QMHP career ladder. Upon successfully passingour agency bilingual exam, an added annual bilingual pay up to $3,730 would apply.
