Job Summary: The QMHP is responsible for ensuring the provision of recovery-focused, person-centeredcare with a trauma-informed perspective. This position works in closecollaboration with the Probation Department and other criminal justicepartners. Staff must develop extensive knowledge of community resources,collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and cultivate a clinical skill-set by forging therapeuticrelationships with diverse community members. The QMHP participates in diagnostic evaluations andprovides assessment of strengths, preferences,functional impairments and symptoms of psychiatric and/or co-occurringdisorder(s) to ensure optimal and personalized services. This position followsidentified strategies for achievement of unit performance measures and ensuresthe highest quality of care while effectively utilizing resources.
Thisposition may carry an individual case load. On-call responsibilities maybe required dependent upon unit protocols.
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm or 9:00am-6:00pm.
Salary: Starting Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) salary is at$38,479-$40,739 based on education, but internal applicants are subject toIntegral Care's QMHP career ladder. Upon successfully passingour agency bilingual exam, an added annual bilingual pay up to $3,730 would apply.
