Description: Integral Care'sCall Center is the first contact and representation of Integral Care by phoneto the public, consumers and providers. Calls coming into Integral Care's mainphone numbers as well as calls from contract partners are answered by CallCenter staff 24/7, including holidays. The QMHP's primary purpose is to handlecrisis calls by providing telephonic crisis intervention services and riskassessments, to complete initial screenings, provide information about IntegralCare services, provide community referrals and support, link callers with theappropriate service providers, and assist with scheduling appointments. Theseduties are completed with a focus on customer care, wherein staff will findways to best meet the needs of clients. These job duties are performed underthe supervision of an LPHA. The QMHP has moderate latitude for the exercise ofindependent judgment in most tasks performed, and works closely with amultitude of community partners, including but not limited to APD, TCSO,medical facilities, and schools.
Direct client careexperience in mental health assessments, diagnosis, and treatment is preferred. Experience in customer service is required. Experience intervening in crisissituation, as well as addressing severe and persistent mental health challengesis required. Bilingual fluency in Spanish preferred.
License(s): Current and validTexas driver's license and a clean driving record required.

Salary: Starting QualifiedMental Health Professional (QMHP) salary is at $38,479-$40,739 based oneducation, but internal applicants are subject to Integral Care's QMHP careerladder.
