Description:Integral Care's Call Center is the first contactand representation of Integral Care by phone to the public, consumers and providers. Callscoming into Integral Care's main phone numbers as well as calls from contract partnersare answered by Call Center staff 24/7, including holidays. The QMHP'sprimary purpose is to handle crisis calls by providing telephonic crisisintervention services and risk assessments, to complete initial screenings,provide information about Integral Care services, provide community referralsand support, link callers with the appropriate service providers, and assistwith scheduling appointments. These duties are completed with a focus oncustomer care, wherein staff will find ways to best meet the needs of clients.These job duties are performed under the supervision of an LPHA. The QMHP hasmoderate latitude for the exercise of independent judgment in most tasksperformed, and works closely with a multitude of community partners, includingbut not limited to APD, TCSO, medical facilities, and schools.
Direct client care experience in mental health assessments, diagnosis, and treatment is preferred. Experience incustomer service is required.Experience intervening in crisis situation, as well as addressing severe andpersistent mental health challenges is required. Bilingual fluency in Spanish preferred.
License(s):Current and valid Texas driver's license and a clean driving record required.
Salary:Starting Qualified MentalHealth Professional (QMHP) salary is at $38,479-$40,739 based on education, butinternal applicants are subject to Integral Care's QMHP career ladder.
